Closing his eyes, he could almost see it perfectly in his mind. What he was going to do, how his body would move. What it would look like if he could land this correctly. Which of course he would because well this was Tristan, and he didn't think about what could happen to him. He didn't think about if he didn't land this right, or what if the cops showed up here right now to grab him for ditching school...again. He was nineteen, a legal adult, but he hadn't graduated, and because he'd still been a minor at the start of the school year Maggy had signed him up to retake his senior year. Even though both of them knew that wasn't going to happen. Tristan hadn't gone too school when it was required by law, why would he go now? He only had two years too live, and he wasn't going to waste it leaning about how to write papers, and all that other bullshit. It wasn't worth his time.
It was that attitude and mind set that had brought Tristan this part of Nevermore in the first place. Maggy had pushed him out of bed this morning, and he'd made his normal runs around the city on his board. Before coming over to the factories. He'd only been here a few times, but the few times that'd he'd been here, he'd found how awesome this place was for shreading. Also there were some great obsticals to try and jump or flip over. With no one around to yell at him about how he was going to get hurt, or anything else that he just rolled his eyes at. He stared at a rail he was going to ollie onto and start to grind it. He looked at it for another second before the thought, no time like the present hit him. With that thought he was off the ground, board under his feet, he started to pick up speed. He did the ollie, now for the hard part landing on the railing. He'd timed it wrong, or something. Before Tristan could react he was on the ground, his ass he was sure was going to be sore tomorrow. His board was rolling away from him, and he could hear someone laughing at him. "Oh yeah is that funny?" he asked looking around to see who was laughing at him. "Why don't you try it?" he asked them.

OUTFIT
Athena strolled along through the town, making her way outskirts, where she knew some werewolves and faeries to roam about. And of course, sometimes, the humans as well tended to come out on the outskirts. It was her job to make sure they didn't get hurt and she would always secretly watch them, if a non-human thing ended up approaching them, then she would be sure to come to the rescue. In a sense.
Sighing softly, she shoved her hands into the pockets of her jacket, as she kicked a few rocks out of her way as she neared the factories. She knew of this building to have some human activity to them and other non-human activities as well. The cops usually didn't come out here, unless someone happened to call them in. Hopefully, there would be no humans here. The teenagers ought to be in school, and the adults should be at work. So, of course, when she heard the sound of wheels moving on pavement. Cursing softly, Athena rushed quickly towards the sound, then stopped as she saw a boy, around her age, skate boarding and watched him.
Athena did her best not to laugh, seeing him not being able to make the grind that he most likely was going for. Obviously, she wasn't as quiet as she hoped, because the boy was speaking aloud. Mentally cursing, the girl stepped away from hiding and came into view of the boy, moving closer to him, she removed her hands from her jacket pockets and reached a hand out to give him a hand of getting up "Sorry. I didn't mean to laugh. It's just one of those things you have to laugh at. Whether you are the one getting hurt or not."

Tristan winced when he hit the ground, his body arched away from the ground and the impact. Of course he still got the full impact of it anyway. Which caused him to bite his lip, and frown. It wasn't that bad, he was more upset he hadn't been able to land it. And now ontop of not being able to land something, and his board being missing. Hopefully it wasn't snapped in half, he was down to three boards, and those things weren't cheap. Now he was being laughed at by someone he couldn't see. He wouldn't mind the laughing if he knew who was doing it.
She was infront of him soon enough, and once he got over being hurt about the fall he couldn't help but smile. "Well at least someone had fun with that," he said. He took her hand and helped himself get off the ground. He looked over her, she looked around his age, he smiled that meant she should probably be in class. He lifted up his hat, and looked her over, a smile came on his face. She was good looking that was sure, even if her clothes where a little bit dark. He wondered what she was doing around here right now. Most didn't come over to the factories, or at least not too his knowledge.
He'd let go of her hand after he'd stood up. "Name's Tristan," he told her giving her a smirk. He was moving fast, talking fast like always. He lived in the moment, he didn't have time to beat around the bush as he'd always thought. "You didn't happen to see what happened to my board did you?" he asked. "Sorta lost track of it with the whole falling thing." he shrugged his shoulders. As he said this.

Athena helped him up off the ground then returned her hand back to her side as she looked up at the boy a smile still to her face "Should of had someone video taping it. Could of make some money off of it." she teased him, with a bit of a smirk to her lips. God, if her and some of the other hunters ever had a video camera when they did stupid things well..they'd all be super rich. Then again, they did have to have something fun to do while they were in between assignments. Athena pushed the thoughts of the other hunters from her mind for the time being as she glanced over the boy before her. She noticed he seemed to be doing the same thing. She couldn't deny that the boy before is, well, gorgeous. He had that sort of air about him that your parents warned you about. The boys you didn't want to bring home to your mother. Of course, the same could be said for Athena. She was the girl you didn't want to bring home to your parents.
"Nice to meet you Tristan. I'm Athena." she replied back, as she glanced around when he asked if she saw where his skateboard went. She looked back at him, with a small shrug "I really wasn't paying much attention to where the board went." she told him, with a small grin. Athena looked towards the factory building that wasn't far from them and gestured to it "It's possible it rolled off in there." she offered.

Tristan only smiled at her, and shrugged his shoulders. Once he'd done that though, he pulled out his arms and made his shoulders pop, his back pop, and his neck. Making a full body, snap, crackle, pop. "Ahh," he said looking at her. "Don't worry, it's not the first time I've fallen and it won't be the last. I'm sure I could make money another time if I needed it," which seeing as his care giver was huge in the music bus he didn't think money would ever be a problem for him. Again the future money, he cleared his head by catching he catching her checking him out.
"Athena, goddess of arts, and war." Tristan said with a smirk on his face. He looked over her again, "Do you live up to the name?" he asked her thinking about how he liked someone who had a bit of a fire in them. He didn't like boring people, he hoped she wasn't. Tristan shrugged when she said she didn't know where his board went. It bugged him a little bit that he didn't know where it was. But his mind was more focused on the girl infront of him. He looked where she suggested and turned back to look at her with a smirk on his face. "Well I guess we'll just have too go look for it," a glint in his eyes as he said this. "Since now that I have your attention I don't think I'll be letting you go," he told her. He started to walk toward the door to the factory, "So are you going to join me, or leave me to go do this all by my lonesome?" he asked her.

Athena watched as he seemed to pretty much crack every bone in his body. It made her ache and itch to do the same to her own, but she knew none of them would as she usually did such a thing once she got up in the morning and then right after working-out. Which, was only about an hour ago that she worked out. "Well, I'll have to remember that and try to find you the next time and be sure that I have a camera with me." she grinned a bit more, seeing that this was a boy that would definitely fit right in along with her and some of her friends.
As much as she tried not to let herself blush, she felt her face burn a bit at his words. She nodded her head "Trust me. I do. I think my parents might of been a bit psychic when they named me." she felt a grin spread out across her lips. Of course, it really wasn't true. Athena just happened to be one of her mother's favorite greek goddess' and she had apparently wanted to name her first baby girl ever after the goddess. Little did they know that their daughter would eventually live up to the name. But, that was life. Things happened like that, life changes in a matter of seconds. Athena smirked at him, as she looked towards the factory before turning her gaze back on the boy "I happen to grab the attention of a lot of people. Whether on accident or on purpose." she teased. The girl stood there, watching the boy making his way to the door. He was foolish, really. To wander into a building with god only knows what living inside of it.
Mentally sighing, she walks up to him, but moves to stand in front of him, blocking his way to the door "Do you always go charging into unknown areas with strangers?" she asked him, curious, really.

Tristan looked at her, "Oh really." he nodded his head with a smirk. "You know you just suggested your gonna see me again," he told her with a smile. It was something that he liked, it was telling him that he was getting under her skin a little bit. Making her think about him. "Well don't worry, if you do find me again, if there's a board under my feet, I can garuntee I'll do something foolish," he told her. Maggy was always telling him everything he did was foolish that may have something to do with the whole never thinking thing but he didn't much care. As long as he had fun.
Tristan studied her when she blushed, it was cute he thought too himself. "Really now?" he asked with a smile. "Well I'll have to remember to behave. Wouldn't want to piss war off now, would I?" he said. He was joking around He looked at her a cocky smirk on his lips. He raised an eyebrow at her, "I can't image how you would catch peoples eye," he told her. "Though I have to image it would have something to do with that smile of yours," he said looking at her and returning his smile. When she asked him the question, his only reply was, "I figure, you only live once," he told her with a smile on his face. "You don't have to come if your scared," he told her looking at her. Now he was teasing her, playing with war, he wondered. War to him, symbolized fire, he wondered if he was playing with fire. Something about that train of thought, excited him. "Besides what's the worst that's gonna be in their?" he asked her. "Some junkie, or homeless person, and their not gonna do much with my board." he told her. "Plus the place looks pretty cool," he said looking at the building. Thinking about how awesome this place would be for a party.

Athena mentally slapped herself as she didn't realize that she did indeed tell him that, but she made sure it didn't show on her face, she just kept a smile to her lips "Well, I to tend to always run into the same people over and over." she shrugged nonchalantly. The girl was definitely going to have to remember to watch what she says. She didn't need a human within in her life, especially one that may not know about the real reality that is around them all. All this was right now, was the fact that she is bored and well..the boy seemed interested. He could at least amuse her for a couple hours.
A small chuckle came from her lips at his words, as she nodded in agreement "Definitely. I've been told I'm worse than the goddess herself." she shrugged a little bit, but a grin staying to her lips. Athena planted her hands onto her hips as she stared at the boy; damn him and the compliments. She was doing her best to keep the burn from her face "Well, I suppose that might have something to do with it. Though, not completely." she assured him.
A glare formed onto her face when he said that she is scared to go in there. If only the boy really knew. As if she was actually scared of what could really be lurking inside of that building. If she was, then she highly doubted she would be doing the work that she does. Athena shook her head at him, as she crossed her arms over her chest "I'm not scared. It's not my life I'm worried about." she told him, the glare still on her face. She let out a bit of a frustrated sigh, before turning slightly to look at the building. She let her arms drop to her side and looked back at him "Come on. At least if something tries to kill you, you'll have me here." she told him, before turning to the door and praying to god there was nothing in there at all.

Tristan smirked at her, he liked her so far. She seemed fun, and he liked her reaction to him. "I'm sure you do. Small enough place like Nevermore," he said looking at Nevermore. He looked at her, "Or who knows maybe you'll find you can't stand to be without my company and go searching for me?" he asked her with a smirk on his face. Maybe, or maybe this would be a once and only once thing. In that case he would have to make sure he enjoyed the time he spent with her. After all it wasn't all the time he enjoyed the company of a woman.
He couldn't help the smile that broke out on his face when she said that. He laughed, "Relly now?" he looked at her. He was now tempted to push her buttons. "Well you most certainly have the beauty to be a goddess,?" he told her with a smile. "I can imagine that might help draw a crowd," he said throwing a wink in her direction.
Tristan watched as the smile on her face turned into a glare. He had to say it turned him on. He liked girls who stood up for themselves. She was a fisty one, and he was enjoying taking the blunt end of her glare. He laughed at her words, "hahaha I laugh in the face of danger." he said quoting liong king. He looked at her and rolled his eyes, "Ladies first," under his breath, as he followed behind her. "Trust me it wouldn't be worth anything to kill me." he told her looking at her. "Besides nothing's going to happen. Remember this is Nevermore....nothing ever happens here." he said rolling his eyes. He looked around the space, oh yeah this place was definatly rocking. He suddenly had the urge to explore, and run around this place. He was definatly going to have too have a party here sometime.

Athena nodded her head in agreement. Nevermore was a bit of a small city. If you meet one person once, you were bound to run into over and over again. She smirked slightly at his words, a small grin spreading across her lips "Oh really? Well, I believe it might end up being the other way around, darling." she teased.
Athena felt her throat clench a bit in her throat at his comment. Why was it these compliments coming from this boy making her feel so well..like as if she was in grade school. But, she was pretty good at making sure no emotions she didn't want to be seen to show on her face. She just grinned at him "Trust me. It does it job well." she said, the grin growing just a bit. Athena couldn't count the many times that her looks have gotten her to get the non-human creatures into a trap made up by her and other hunters. They did come in handy.
Athena couldn't help but to actually laugh at his little quote. She had a feeling he meant it and if only he knew that she was about as dangerous as they came. It would make the little quote true. But, she kept it to herself, as she shook her head. She pulled opened the door and walked inside, her eyes glancing at every single nook and cranny within the building. Athena looked at the shadows, making sure none of them were moving "Right. Nevermore. The least exciting city in the world." she rolled her eyes. God, how she wanted to turn around and shake this boy and tell him the truth. Sighing, she placed her hands inside of her jacket pockets and walked further into the building. Maybe there was nothing in here to fear at all.

She teased him, and he just rolled his eyes. Before flicking his head to move his hair out of his eyes. "Don't flatter yourself to much dollface" he said, even though he knew it could very well end up that way.
He looked at her, "I bet they do" he said with a smirk before smiling. He looked at her. He could image boys drooled over her all the time. She was a catch he thought. Though there was something nearly lacking. Something to separate her from the crowd of other girls in his life. But there was also a nagging feeling inside of him, there was something she wasn't telling him. It kept him curious. "All the boys after someone as good looking as you" he said. When he said this though, he acted like he wasn't that interested in her. He realized how much he'd been hitting on her, didn't want to seem desperate. People come to you when you hold out on them. Something he had a feeling she knew a far well about.
He followed her into the building. "Whoa this place is great' he said with a huge smile on his face. He looked around the building. It was huge, and the architect of the place was incredible. He smiled looking around, before he thought about what he'd come in here for his skate board. He looked around, "Do you see my board though?" he asked her. He wanted his wheels before he got wrapped up in this place or better yet. He walked away and looked at her, he stared at her for a moment. "So Ahena, got anyone in your life?" he asked. Once more not beating around the bush at all.
notes :: for the next time they meet, maybe it could be like a party is thrown here, and the hunters come to make sure everyone is safe?

OOC: yea. sounds good to me! [:
Athena chuckled at him, winking slightly at him. She never had to flatter her own self. People usually did that for her. Usually it only happened with a single look and that was about all it took. It seemed to come natural to people, especially men. And, as always, Athena took advantage of it too.
She looked back at him, as she seemed to be looking at her. Honestly, she couldn't help but to let her eyes travel and up down this boy's body. It was something very nice to look at and honestly, she could just see herself being like a normal girl and staring dreamy like at this boy. But..that was then. And now..well, Athena didn't really do that. She wouldn't deny she didn't look at other guys, but, she never let her look linger. But with this one. She had no idea. It was like the book she wrote for herself was just being thrown right out the window "Well, in a small town like this, there really are not that many." she joked, with a wink.
Athena rolled her eyes at his words, yea..the place soo great. She could feel the sarcasm in her mental words and had to stop herself from laughing aloud. She glanced over her shoulder at him, before looking away and searching around to see if she saw his board or not. She shook her head some "No. I don't see it.." she told him. The girl stopped walking at hearing his question and turned to look at him, and laughed softly "Actually. No, I don't." she admitted "What about you?"

He looked at her, and smirked a little bit. "Well maybe not many that live up to the standards, that you've put up there" he said looking at her, with a smirk. Well so much for not coming to her, he needed to back off a little bit. He couldn't help himself though, she was cute, and he didn't get to always talk to girl who seemed to have an attraction.
"Damn," he said looking around for it. "Where the hell did it go, Maggy's gonna be pissed if I lost another one" he said thinking about Maggy being pissed at him. Well it sent shivers down his spine. He looked around some more for it. Then he looked back at her, "I don't really do relationships, for personal reasons" he said. No wanted to carry on the baggage that he had. No one wanted to be with someone who they thought was going to die on them. He looked at her, "So why are you single? Not into guys?" he teased her a little bit. Because he had caught her looking at him. Still he just wondered.

Athena grinned at him "Trust me, there are not a lot of girls in this town that can stand next to me and out do me." she said, with a wink. She tease really, because Athena knew of some of her own friends that are girls to be prettier than her. She didn't envy them or anything either.
At first, she felt something inside of her start at hearing him mention the name of another girl. But, why she should be feeling this..this whatever it was, when she had no idea who that other girl is. Maybe it's a sister or even an aunt or whatever. Could just be a friend, really. Athena knew it was foolish to even let her emotions get the best of her. She was better than that. So she shoved whatever it was she was feeling away and kept her composure. The girl nodded at his reason for not being in a relationship. Her was pretty much for the same reason, trust was a big thing for her and had yet to find that guy that she could really truly trust.
Hearing his next question, she turned away and continued walking around the bottom level of the factory, making it seem like she was looking for the board. In reality, she was just avoiding not looking at him. Athena shrugged her shoulders lightly "I'm into guys. But, like you, I have my personal reasons as well. Besides, I always find myself far to busy with guys. Or, most don't like that I, a woman, can actually take care of myself and defend myself against anyone." she said, glancing over at him before looking away to try to find his board.

Tristan looked as her, he gave her smirk and a nod of his head. Raising his hands in a defeated sign, he looked at her. “Alright, alright, don’t get all worked up now. I may actually like that,” he said smirking at her. Now he was going to play with her. He was going too tease her. Well maybe not tease her seeing as he’d done some of that. But he wanted to make her come to him. If she did without a fight, he would give up. After all what’s the fun if it’s not a changelle. Still looking at her, he hoped she would show him some of that goddess she said she had.
He looked at her, with a smile on his face. “Didn’t mean to offend or anything, just making sure I have a chance.” It wouldn’t be the first time he’d been lead on by an attractive woman who only liked women. He looked at her, "Ah so your one of those woman," he said no longer really looking for his board. Instead he found himself just gazing around the building. He jumped up on a counter top in a short leap. He looked around this place, and he couldn't help but smiling. Thinking about how a sick a party thrown here would be, thinking of all the things he could grind or jump over in this building. Thinking about Athena. "So you think you can defend yourself?" he asked her looking at her. She didn't seem to look all that strong to him. Then again looks could be deceiving he thought.
A devious thought popped into Tristan's mind. A thought that he followed suit in doing with actions. All without thought. Walking as silently as he could, when her back was turned to look away from him. He came up behind her, and wrapped his arms around her middle. They weren't to tight around her, but they were locked. "Why don't you show me how strong you are, and break out of my grip?" he whispered in her ear. Even he could hear the smirk in his tone of voice. He could feel her skin, and her body pressing against him. He couldn't believe the effect this girl was having on him. But he was trying to get her fire started, trying to see who she was under this skin when she got started. Still as he stood there, he had to swallow. Stopping himself every second he held her, from turning her around, kissing her until they both couldn't breath.
