, general description
Andy has an old fashioned beauty, if you didn’t know what she was you would think that she had just stepped out of a 1940’s movie. Since being born around that time her general style never changed. She stands about 5 foot 7 inches but all the height is in her legs. Her eyes are quite unusual, that are a misty grey colour they almost look like smoke, its what everyone looks at when they speak to her. It can get rather annoying and she sometimes feels uncomfortable, when people stare directly at her eyes.
When Andy walks it always looks like she has somewhere to be or like someone is following her. She never really understood the reason behind her bizarre walk but she likes it and doesn‘t really care if people can keep up or not. The scar behind her right ear isn’t flat to the skin, it is risen and feels kind of gross. Its unknown why it healed that way. Andy doesn’t weigh all that much and her built is rather small for a vampire but looks are deceiving and she possesses a lot of strength.[/ul]

, history
It was a beautiful sunny day and Andy sat on the front lawn of her home. Her home was LeFlore Oklahoma. Her hair was pulled up into a high pony tail, her dress was black and and past the knees. It was strapless so her shoulders were bare, but nothing to exposing. There was a nice breeze it made the trees sway slightly. She was one day off turning eighteen. You would think that she would be excited but she wasn’t, not really. It was only another year older just another year towards death. She wasn’t looking forward to getting all old and wrinkly, having to where a diaper and having someone wipe your bum. She shuddered at the thought of something so horrible. She still had a long way to go before she was like that but just the thought of it scared her. The year was thirteen twelve and she really shouldn’t be dressed the way she was, as it wasn’t custom for a young woman to show so much flesh, lucky for her, her family was quite wealthy and her home was way out were no body really ever came. Her father still ranted and raved about it but she didn’t listen, she was comfortable in these clothes. She sighed as she heard her mothers voice calling out to her. She needed to get ready as her father was throwing her a party tonight for her birthday and the servants had been working day and night for the past week to have the house perfect for the arrival of her guests, well her fathers guests. She didn’t know anyone that was coming, she didn’t really care she loved parties and was going to enjoy herself either way. She loved having a good time.
Her mothers shrill voice again rang out and bashed around in her brain. Getting to her feet she dusted the dust and dried grass from the back of her dress and headed back toward the huge mahogany doors. The door man pushed it open for her and gave her a nod as she passed him, also throwing a second glance at her behind as the doors closed. The main hall looked fantastic, it was decorated in black, and deep purple even though Andy wasn't a huge fan of bright colours but her mother had thrown a few in, streamers all entwined with each other. Her parents could never understand her fascination with dark colours, she always wore black and red and on the occasion she would add a slight hint of pink to her attire. Just to make her mother smile. Andy loved her parents very much and she appreciated them because they both respected her decisions and the choices she made. Not very many people would get that treating from their parents these days. Her father wasn’t making her marry but she knew that he was inviting lots of young men hoping that one might catch her eye. She would pick one just to make him happy but she couldn’t bring herself to do such a thing. This was something he was just going to have to get over. She knew with time he would, that’s why she loved him so, he never held anything and always forgave. He said the mistakes we make only straighten the path you are on. Her mother was now in her ear telling her to bathe and change as the first of their guests would be arriving slightly after dusk and that wasn’t far away. Sighing she turned and headed for her bed chamber.
The servants had already drawn her a bath and were now busy getting her dress ready for her to get into. She hadn’t yet seen it as it was suppose to be a surprise from her mother. Andy was excited about seeing it but she also a little nervous, she prayed it wasn’t white or worse pink. She dis-robed and stepped into her bath to was wonderfully warm and relaxing she didn’t want to ever get out. That’s probably why her mother was rushing her now to get ready, there was still at least three and a half hours left before dusk, she just took forever to get ready for any social event. Well why wouldn’t she her father was the talk of the whole town, the whole bloody state even, she couldn’t possibly look a mess for anything that might cause a stir for her father, that would be just plain rude. Some time later a servant girl entered with her eyes to the floor, Andy never understood why they did that all the time, she wasn’t ashamed that she was naked, she didn’t really care if they saw her, they had the same thing as she did, didn’t they? After the servant girl gave Lucinda a message from her mother to hurry and left she got up out of the bath and wrapped a large white towel around her body and walked out into her bedroom a divider had been set up and her dress was behind it. She dried her body the servant girls hiding there gaze by looking the other way. She wrapped the towel around her semi dry hair and walked around behind the divider. She placed the under garment on and waited for the servants to ready her dress.
Her dress was beautiful. It had a black corset top with what looked like silver flames, with tiny little diamonds tracing the outside of each flame, with that what it looked like to her. Her mother knew she liked fire and probably had the dress made to symbolise that. The bottom half was a elegant flowing silk like material, it sat close to her body but not enough to be not suitable. The servant slipped it on over her head and started tightening the corset at the back. She hated this part it felt like her ribs were going to crack. Finally they were finished and she moved out from behind the divider and stepped in front of the mirror she had on her wall. She looked at herself from all different angles and finally was ushered over her dresser where she was sat down and the servant when to work on her face and hair. Her face was almost flawless so nothing much was needed to be done, just a bit of eye make up and lipstick. Her head was then waved and placed half up and half down with a glorious pin to hold it up, a small amount of fringe was left hanging and the rest sat nicely around her face. She got to her feet and placed her feet into a pair of black high heels and examined herself in the mirror again. A servant girl came to the door claimed that her mother had sent her to tell Andy that the majority of the guests had arrived and that her presence was now needed. Sighing she grabbed her dress and headed for the door, in the hallway she could here the crowd below.
From the top of the stairs she stood unnoticed she watched all the people down in the main hall, chatting and sipping champagne. Many young men’s faces where among them, some where handsome and some where only so so. Taking a deep breath she started to ascend the staircase, many eyes now on her, there were a few oooh’s and whispering but she kept a strong face and continued. Once on the ground floor, many people crowded her congratulating her on her coming birthday, many men kissed her hand, she made a metal note to scrub her hands later. The ladies curtsied and smiled. They all seemed to be happy to be there but Andy could tell that they would rather be some where else. Oh well she didn’t really care she was happy just drinking champagne and hanging out with her mother and father. They were never really ever around and she was happy that they were there and actually thought of her on her birthday.
The night dragged on and she danced with all the men that had attended. None really took her fancy. They were to in love with themselves to love someone else or they just didn’t know how to treat a lady. Finally people started leaving and she and her parents waved them off. After even had left she thanked her mother and father for the party and retired to her bed chamber. There she undressed and slipped into her bed clothes. She wasn’t tired at all and decided to go outside and get some fresh air. She padded her way downstairs and out the front doors. Outside she sat down on the grass and closed her eyes as she took in the night air. It was nice outside, it was something that she loved more then anything else in the world, night time. The sounds and smells they were all different from that of the day time. It was more peaceful as one would put it.
A voice entered her ears a deep entrancing voice. She looked over her shoulder and there stood the man, leaning against a white pillar in the shadows. He was mentioning her over, before her brain could think she was on her feet and was moving towards him, a smirk on his face. She stopped before him, she looked up at him his eyes where a strange hazel colour something she had never seen before, with out a word he took her hand and walked her around to the side of the house. Next he was kissing her neck, licking her skin. She couldn’t move it was like her body was paralysed, she didn’t want to move anyway, strangely she wanted him to do it. She gripped his arms and closed her eyes, his lips made her sting tingle with pleasure she had never felt this way before… and she liked it she didn’t want it to end, he pulled her closer into his body roughly, she didn’t objected it made her feel good and she wanted him to do it again. Then! A searing pain and her legs gave way, he was holding her around her waist or at least she presumed he was, her body was numb. She tried to scream out in pain but there was no sound, she tried to push him away but there was no strength in her arms. Her eyes started to become blurry and heavy she struggle to keep them open, she could hear a faint growling in her ear, was it growling? What was he doing to her? Finally he stopped and stood up and looked down to her on the ground. She tried to focus her eyes as much as she could. He then was cutting his wrist and his blood dripped down onto her face. She cringed away but he was persistent. Forcing the wound to her lips she drank she didn’t want to but she couldn’t help it.
Andy’s eyes snapped open everything was cold and quite she was lying on her side. Where was she? What had happened? She took a deep breath and tried to bring back some saliva as her mouth was bone dry. She sat up every bone in her body ached, she cracked her neck and placed her hand over her throat it was throbbing. There was a little light where ever it was she was. Her eyes adjusted and from where she was it looked like is was still outside, but it wasn’t the front yard of her home. She got to her feet and looked around she couldn’t see anyone else around. Finally he stepped out of the shadows and explained everything to her. Shocked and scared, she couldn’t do anything but accept what had happened to her. She left with him never to look back on her parents face or the home that she had grown up in. Everything now was in front of her, it was all new and exciting.
She lived through the sixty, seventies, eighties and the nineties. The new century brought the thousands and she now lived in the outskirts of Nevermore, she has no friends. Her maker had decided that she was ready to be on her own now, he still talks to her and visits on occasion. She is living of centuries of sitting money from all her jobs and her life is lonely. At least she got what she wanted right? Never to get old. Was it fate that the mysterious man showed up? Or was it just conscience? Who knows. Her life, her attitude had been completely turned upside down, she was no longer that girl that loved the attention, she no longer thought herself beautiful. She had seen centuries of life go by without anybody to share it with as she grew older and wiser her powers grew with her.[/ul].

It was a musky night, everything was still and beautiful as Andy walked through the deserted street. Her booted feet making no sound on the pavement. Where was she going? What was she doing on this fine and glorious night? Nothing, nothing that need much thought on her part anyways. For now she was just walking, thinking, wondering of things that have past things that are happening and things that are yet to come. It was amusing enough for her…For now.
Dipping her cold stone like hands into the pockets upon her coat she sighed and watched the ground past by as she walked along, faster then a normal being but not fast enough to draw any attention to herself. Its not like she didn’t like the attention or anything but you just got to be in the right mood, you know? But who was looking, there was no one else around, considering that she was the only one around for what seemed like miles.
Andy knew that there was people around, she could smell them, hear them. But she couldn’t see them. They were tucked away safely in their safe zones. Oh well she was just happy enough to walk around here all by herself. The hour was drawing close to four am and soon she would have to return to her home, her safe zone as the deadly approaching sun would surely be rising soon. It was the only time she dreaded the most. As would many Vampires.
Soon she came across a small dingy park. The equipment was rusty and dangerous, it looked like it hadn’t been played on in years. Without thinking she moved swiftly towards the swings and sat down upon its seat. Slowly she began to rock back and forth the rusted chain link creaked as she went. She ran her fingers against the chain and smiled, she didn’t have to fear infection from the rust. She watched the shadows and felt deep into though, like conscience sleeping.
She opened her eyes to what felt like only minutes later but it was clearly hours. She couldn’t even recall what it was she was thinking about. It was panic now that washed over her being. The air around her was warming up and the sounds of day creatures entered her ears. This could only mean one thing… Dawn. Jumping from the seat she swallowed the lump in her throat and slowly turned to look at the disgusting pinkie orange colour on the horizon.
Cursing out loud she turned on her heel and started to run. Faster of course then that of a normal person. She didn’t care now if anyone saw her they would just have to deal with the fact that she was zooming pass at impossible speed. She didn’t live to far away and if she ran fast enough and stayed within the still lingering shadows she would make it back to the safety of her home before the sun burned her skin and weakened her drastically.
She jumped and bounded from shadow to shadow as the light was hot on her heels. How could she have been so careless to get herself into this sort of situation. Blast her small attention span. With her home in her sights she smiled and pushed herself harder to get there quicker. Finally she bounded onto the front lawn and practically threw herself through the front door she slammed it shut behind her just as the sun rays shot itself against the thick mahogany wood.
Andy smiled as she looked around her dark home, she had much protection on her house to keep the nasty light out. She got to her feet and striped off her coat and headed for her room. It was cool and dark there and she lazily walked to her bed and plonked herself down. She removed her boots and the majority of her clothing and slumped back and climbed under its covers. She smiled with relief that she had made it back just in time for a nap.[/ul]
